Exclusive Luxury Detailing Service Agreement

This agreement outlines our obligations to you (referred to as “Client” or “Customer”) and Exclusive Luxury Detailing LLC (referred to as “Exclusive Luxury Detailing,” “Contractor,” or “Technician”) and your obligations to us regarding the service(s) you have chosen. By booking or using the services of Exclusive Luxury Detailing, you agree to the following terms without modification:

Access to Water & Electricity for Mobile Detailing

We require access to water and electricity for all mobile detailing services. If you do not have access to water or electricity, please call us immediately at (916) 551-6164 to schedule your service at our shop location. If you are at an apartment complex that provides water and electricity, please locate these sources in advance to avoid fees. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not present when we arrive or if the vehicle cannot be detailed upon our arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.

We detail in all weather conditions, including rain, and have a shop for severe weather work. For the first cancellation, you can reschedule another appointment if you provide at least 48 hours notice from the original appointment. A cancellation fee of $80 will be charged if you miss this window. For the second cancellation, you will be charged an $80 cancellation fee regardless of notice.

To minimize the impact on our operations, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid our cancellation fee of $80. Exclusive Luxury Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staff levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure at our discretion.

Safety Notice

You must inform your detailing technician of any potential hazards (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline, chemicals) in your vehicle prior to detailing. If your vehicle cannot be detailed upon our arrival, you will still be charged the full scheduled service fee. You are responsible for any safety or health threats that arise from your vehicle's condition.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

You will provide Exclusive Luxury Detailing access to your vehicle during the detailing job and any additional agreed times. Ensure the vehicle keys are available to us. This document confirms your authorization for us to operate and move your vehicle as necessary, as determined by our technician.

Quality of Service

We strive to deliver the best possible service within the limits of our resources, time, and expertise. While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we cannot guarantee complete restoration of your vehicle to its original or new condition.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

Exclusive Luxury Detailing and its contractors are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle while in our care. We take utmost precautions and are skilled professionals. If damage occurs during detailing, we will notify you. By agreeing to our services, you also agree not to hold Exclusive Luxury Detailing liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.

Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount indicated as “Total Cost” on the final bill. The term of service is for the time reserved to complete your job, not for a specific outcome. Jobs may take longer than expected, and we reserve the right to charge an additional $60 per hour if significantly more time is needed. We will inform you about possible additional fees beforehand.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We value your feedback. Please email us at exluxurydetailing@gmail.com with any concerns or comments. We reserve the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, with your personal information kept confidential.

Termination of Service

Exclusive Luxury Detailing may cancel any service or maintenance plans if we determine that a customer is not suitable for our services. Reasons for service termination include direct dealings with our employees outside of company protocols, rude behavior towards staff, or any other cause we deem sufficient.

Changes to the Service Agreement

Exclusive Luxury Detailing reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will be updated in this section.

I Understand That:

  • By using our services, I acknowledge that Exclusive Luxury Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results

  • The payment I make to Exclusive Luxury Detailing is strictly for the allocated service time for my vehicle and is not contingent upon achieving any specific result.

  • Exclusive Luxury Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount charged for each job.

  • Should the service require significantly more time than anticipated, Exclusive Luxury Detailing reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $50 per hour, which will be communicated before any extra charges are incurred.

  • Due to the on-demand ordering of materials needed for services, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • All sales are final and non-negotiable after payment.
