Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of Exclusive Luxury Detailing's Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests abide when using our services. Before booking online or via phone with Exclusive Luxury Detailing, please ensure you read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Packages
Exclusive Luxury Detailing offers various detailing options for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at our discretion at any time; all such changes will be reflected on our website.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Exclusive Luxury Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. Any declined card will require the customer to resolve the payment for the service provided. Exclusive Luxury Detailing will initiate a collection process 48 hours after a customer’s credit card is declined.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Exclusive Luxury Detailing will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Ensure your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and communicate any concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. However, within the 48-hour period, a $40 fee is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies to any retail-priced car detail.

Satisfaction Policy
If there is clear and probable cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered, or there is evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone, email, or text message. Pictures of the area must be sent within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Appointment Time
Our technicians might arrive late due to traffic or exceptional circumstances. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Exclusive Luxury Detailing will do its best to inform you of any delays.
